Yummy Foods that are Low Calorie.

Fruit is the food of Gods!

Veggies! I love raw veggies - but my favorite cooked one is Asparagus...YUMMY!

I love all salads, but my favorite green in a salad is spinich.

Sushi - Yes, I know many people do not like Sushi, or at least they have never tried it prepared by a professional, but about 5-7 rolls completely fills me up and each roll usually only has 35-40 calories! This is excellent brain food as well as diet food. I could eat sushi every day.

DIET STATS:
current weight: 138
goal weight: 130 or a few pounds lower!

Self Analysis: I love healthy foods, but have a hard time saying no to unhealthy ones if they are around. The holidays always post a problem for me because it is the unhealthy foods that are EVERYWHERE! Portion control has been an issue as well. I feel so amazing when I weigh less, I sometimes wonder why the bad foods can lure me in so easily..??

Oh my gosh, you are making my mouth water this morning. LOL. I haven't had my cereal yet. I love fruit and asparagus and salads as well. I really love shrimp and seafood. Thanks for stopping by my site and leaving a comment. I've been on every kind of diet you can think of. I was on LA Weight Loss, and it took me almost 2 years to get off about 18 pounds, and I didn't cheat. It was a very strict diet.

I've had a lot of trouble with constipation over the last several years, going as long as three weeks taking laxative and still not going to the bathroom. My doctor prescribed Orlistat for me as she wanted me to get down to about 145, which for my height and age is a good weight for me. Orlistat sends me to the bathroom two to three times a day, plus I don't eat between meals at all except during Christmas and now you know the rest of the story. I told you I gained 8 pounds during the holidays. This morning I weighed 152, so I'm already down four pounds. I had gotten down to 148 before Christmas. I also try to eat healthy. I eat a lot of fruit, and I eat a lot of popcorn, low fat. I have salads once or twice a week. I eat pretty much anything I'm craving. It's just that I now watch my portions which I never used to do. I got up to 192 at one time. Now I keep a picture of me at that weight on my refrigerator to remind me to never go there again, lol.

Now, aren't you sorry you asked me how I'm losing weight if I'm not on a diet? LOL

That's how our food is going to look for January. Way too much good food last month. We're doing veggies and fruits only for January.

Back to real foods in Feb.

Like you say it's easier to take off the holiday pounds if one acts quickly.
