I love all salads, but my favorite green in a salad is spinich.
Sushi - Yes, I know many people do not like Sushi, or at least they have never tried it prepared by a professional, but about 5-7 rolls completely fills me up and each roll usually only has 35-40 calories! This is excellent brain food as well as diet food. I could eat sushi every day.

Self Analysis: I love healthy foods, but have a hard time saying no to unhealthy ones if they are around. The holidays always post a problem for me because it is the unhealthy foods that are EVERYWHERE! Portion control has been an issue as well. I feel so amazing when I weigh less, I sometimes wonder why the bad foods can lure me in so easily..??
