New Year Goal's Anyone??

What are yours??

I (as usual) have a million of them. Here are just a few:

1. Happy home life.
2. Start and COMPLETE a construction project that includes partially taking down one wall and putting up another to create a larger master bedroom.
3. Redo vegtable garden.
4. Work on the side walk garden - mulch and add more plants.
5. Go on one or more motorcycle trips.
6. Show one of my horses in a major show (and WIN!)
7. Get back into shape...weight and better muscle tone. Also need to work on my aerobic stamina or I will not last on a horse!
8. Pay off my AMEX bill.
9. Completely clean barn walls, stall doors and ceiling ~ then shellac them.
10. ???

Hi Julie,

I want to learn to crochet this year, lose some more weight and get better muscle tone as well.

That's just a couple of my resolutions for the new year.

I love horses. The horse is my favorite animal.

I meant to ask you if you've ever been to the horse show in Shelbyville or had one of your horses in that show?

Hi dear Julie... thanks for your comments posted on my blog on "the woman in red". It is true that as Christians we are to listen for direction from the Holy Spirit and be willing to do what we are led to do, but we don’t have to wait for the Holy Spirit to moves us in the path of love, for it is already Christ’s will that we love one another.

It’s the work of the Holy Spirit to guide us in many aspects of our Christian life, but it is our duty to love. A duty already expressed by our Savior, as he clearly commanded it. He even tells us how we should love, using His perfect life as the model: "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you." (John 15:9-12)

You are never wrong when you love.

Ps: Good luck on your resolutions! :))
