Newest front view of the house.. more siding is up.  the second story arched window is being put in and the cupulas are shingled.

Yeah - the doors really were delivered today!!  This is the door going out to the back porch.

This is the door from the port a cache into the mud room

..this door will need some trim work!  It is from the port a cache into the garage - with the small door for the cat

Plumbing lines have been installed with the copper lines.

This is the antique glass we are building into the library/study

..and this is the Juliet balcony, sealed and all ready for tiling.

 

Thank you Lord for answering my prayers!!!  A storm was on its way right towards us last evening and we had a good chance of rain today.  It rained both to the East and West of us, but as I requested... it just kind of split and missed our house, so no more water in the kitchen and it is all dry and ready for the workers to seal the other porch tomorrow!

 

Want to hear something funny?  My phone started going crazy this morning quite early.  After I got up, I told my husband that under any other circumstances, I would have thought a women was quite taudry if she had spoken to 6 different men before rising from her bed!
