As you know, we are having electricity put into the back of our farm.. the place where we want to build our dream house! We are also putting some horse fencing in and drilling a well. It kind of gives us a feeling of starting the home .. sort of prepping the land before actually breaking ground on a house.
So - again, here is the exterior plan we love:
The only thing we do not love about it is all of the different mediums used. We want to use white/grey stone. Here are a few pictures of other homes with the type and color of stone we want to use.

OMG, that last house is absolutely gorgeous. I'd move in in half a second. At first I thought it was your plan, done in the white stone, but then realized it's just similar. So YES, your plan would look AMAZING in that material. I may have to stop reading though if you really build it 'cuz I'll be so jealous! ;-)
This looks beautiful, lucky you!!!!! I do like the one brick color and thnk that is the correct decision. Can't believe how your husband suffers so. Maybe the new house will give him a mental lift. I pray so.
