Started my diet yesterday!I did pretty good. No candy or high calorie foods. I snacked on carrots and an apple. Only 1 mistake..I did eat a diet ice cream bar after 7pm. That is a no-no for me. Not because it was a diet bar, but because when I diet - I have a few RULES. One of those rules is NOT to eat ANYTHING after 7pm. It really does work...but it is one that takes a LOT of discipline!
