Minimal Damage - PRAISE GOD!!!

Each of these trees were blown down in completely different directions, giving you an idea of the cyclonic winds that we experienced.

This tree fell atop the horse fence in the back pasture bordering the woods.

This part of the fence just could not stand the 90+ MPH gusts of wind we experienced.

The copula on top of the barn is either twisted and broken - or our house turned around...because the metal sheeting peeled off of it and it now says North is South!

There are plenty of these around..and in time Don and I will get them cleaned up.

Something good... well the lambs are nice and white again! Hopefully it will not get too warm tomorrow though - It sure would be a shame if they shrunk!

So gld you had little damage. We survived with no damage. We have a few small to medium branches down and no electricity. Deceided to head out to my sisters to spend the night in the a/c.

Hi, I was out of town and computer-less all week. I'm so glad you're OK and didn't have a lot of damage to your farm!

I am so glad that you didn't have horrible damage. Praise the Lord.
He is so good to answer our prayer.
I wish I was there to help you clean up. And the sheep are so sweet. We raised sheep while I was growing up.
I guess fence repairs first huh?
Well you take care.
Hugs

I'm relieved it wasn't worse for you! I do have a question.....you mention that the sheep are whiter and the horses went to the lower pasture.....they are OK being OUT in that wind? I'm a city girl and don't know much about these things but I was startled to see they were outside in that weather!

Julie,

I am so pleased to hear that you consider the damage minimal. I said a prayer in church this morning that everything would be okay, I too was worried afer you didn't post after 7am yesterday.

Is that a Collie I see in one of the pictures, I can't tell from the back.

Thanks for the post to let us know your ok.
