I hate just sitting and waiting for a hurricane to strike. You know it is coming, but you don't know where it will hit until it is almost too late....Hello Mr. Gustav. One station says you are headed my way, while another is forecasting you will visit New Orleans.Living on a farm has it's own special circumstances. You see, high winds knock out our electricity. No electricity means no water from the well! - Every horse, all 8 of them, drinks no less than 10 gallons of water per day. Battening down the hatches at the farm is a HUGE undertaking too! I will keep you posted.
Oh ~ BTW..it is not helping my nerves that Emily could go into labor any day now!
