My Favorite Thing

Cindy at My Romantic Home is hosting a Show and Tell Event so we can display one our very favorite "things".

It was hard to choose just one, but today, this is mine! This is an antique painting, created in the early 1900's mirroring one of my favorite famous works of art entitled The Emperor's Horses.

Julie, that's a beautiful painting. It's clear that you love horses. One of my daughters would love to live in a house/barn. That is her dream actually, so that the animals will be close by! ...Donna

I came across your site, via My Romantic Home, and FELL IN LOVE! I'm a horse lover! As a child and teen my world revolved around them! I now work for a vitamin and mineral company desinged mostly for equines, which is fantastic since I no longer have horses of my own...yet! The American Saddlebred is a fantastic breed (my first mount was half AS and QH) Your pictures are FANTASTIC!

The horses' deep eyes and flowing manes are so beautifully captured. My sixteen year old daughter loves horses and would love to have your life!
