Small diet tip....

Don't laugh...but one of my many dieting tips is to always keep Tic Tac's with me. It gives me something to suck on while I are waiting for my next lunch or snack break and the mint helps quell small bouts of heartburn.

I'm working on the "diet" thing too when I can in between company, trips, etc. I'll be paying close attention to your tips. Thanks so much. Hey, do you mind if I use your little picture at the top of your side bar on my blog too? Maybe seeing it every day will help me stay on track?

Your tip today isn't silly at all. I do the same thing with sugar free gum. Also brushing my teeth sometimes helps since I don't want to eat right afterwards.

"THANKS" for the tip there. I never knew that Tic-Tac's helped with heart burns tho. I guess I learn something new everyday. My DH had heartburn quite a bit, so I will have to let him know about this as well. Take care my friend and have a great day. May God Bless You and Yours.

Julie glad you like it, it's a victorian cube puzzle that graced the december cover of Country home magazine 1986.Happy New year to you been sick since dec18 . but am getting better. So I'm going to lay down for awhile

Good idea on the Tic Tacs! I have to have something to suck on or sip on all day. I dont know why but I do! I need to lose about five pounds. I was so BAD this year!!
