A Splurge For The Kitchen!

I bought this antique fixture for our kitchen to be hung over the island.  It is exactly what I wanted and am just thrilled with it!!

It was origonally an oil burning fixture that was in a house in San Francisco around very early 1900's.

Beautiful! It's obviously hanging in someone's home here - why did they part with it, I'm wondering? Your gain, though!
