As of this morning I am still not able to post any pictures...and I really am starting to go into withdrawal! ha ha
I am just learning about all of this ...so I don't know how you see how much you have used and how much is left. I also do not know if it makes a difference if you delete old pictures and posts...as to how much free storage you have left. Any information I learn, I will be happy to share though!
Now..until this is fixed.. Picture an adorable little white wool toy lamb jumping through flowers atop a blue pin cushion!...cause that is what I wanted to post today.

I actually know first hand about this. What you need to do is go into your photo album on picasa web and delete some of the duplicate photos you have. You'll be surprised just how many duplicate ones you've got. You do have to go into each album to do this and it is time consuming but it will open up more storage space for you. Hope this helps, T
