I Can't Help It...

..but I guess my love of horses just consumes me.. I always gravitate towards using English Equestrian themed items in my decor..

Look at this lovely room. It is not full of things with horses on them - yet it still has that Old English manor feel. Don't you expect to look out the window and see cross fencing and a barn?

A great leather chair is a must!

The design of this building would make Ralph Lauren turn his head...

...and the perfect setting...only missing a dog and the owners riding boots!

I loved this post. I can definately feel the equestrian theme in these rooms. They have so much class and elegance at the same time. Thanks for sharing!!

I could live there!!! I love the hardwood floors. That's one thing I've always wanted, and I've always had carpet...go figure.

I love the equestrian look as well...and NOTHING...I do mean NOTHING smells better than real leather...especially if it's a saddle! The memories that leather evoke in me...are great ones from my childhood and riding my beloved "Rebel"....I even have an upstairs bathroom decked out with the riding boots, riding hat, stirrups and leather reins...love that stuff. Makes a room feel warm!

Thanks for sharing these rooms with us...

Blessings...

What I love about the equestrian home is that any man or woman would be totally comfortable living there. No arguments about decor. I love the pictures you posted! Ahhhh maybe someday....
