Good Morning Julie, Don't get discouraged from not losing any weight this week. Some weeks are like that. I know I'm not on a diet now, I do need to be tho, but from years ago when I went on a diet and took some exercise class, they told us we would have weeks like that. Hang in there, Julie! Some weeks are like that, slow & steady wins the race!
You are not far from your weight loss goal. I am only 8 pounds from my goal also. It seems to me the last few pounds are the hardest to get off.
Keep it up! You'll get there. No doubt about it.
