I needed to add some more plants to my side garden to fill in several bare spots and after a visit to the local garden center - this is one of the treasures I came home with. I realize that I will have to give them freeze protection (translation - old blanket thrown over the top!) but it was just so darn pretty, in both foliage and flower, I could not resist!

New Addition to my Garden!

I needed to add some more plants to my side garden to fill in several bare spots and after a visit to the local garden center - this is one of the treasures I came home with. I realize that I will have to give them freeze protection (translation - old blanket thrown over the top!) but it was just so darn pretty, in both foliage and flower, I could not resist!

So pretty. It's almost enough to make me forget about my "Autumn Craze" that I'm going through right now and make me yearn for springtime. ALMOST.

Oh that is gorgeous Julie! I dont want summer to be over :( I love flowers too much!! Here in Michigan, we dont have any outside in the winter. So depressing to me. You are lucky to be able to keep some year round!
