Here is one of my favorite photos of my parents. It was taken shortly after they were married and on a vacation only days before my Father went to the Korean War. I think they are in California in this photo, but the actual road trip was from Texas to California.

Now, what in the world got into that horse of yours, Ivan?? What a story! I would have been petrified. You are quite the horsewoman to hang on under those circumstances. I would never have thought that a horse would go backwards in the water like that. Amazing! I like riding horses, but have never done all that much of it...they tend to scare me!

Oh, I love all photos like this. I actually have one of my grandparents that I'm planning to blog about but I want to get all the facts straight before I do.
