Our health insurance company is in a contract dispute with Walgreen's. After our last doctor's appointment, we knew Don's new medicine was going to be called in and ordered. It will be shipped directly to our house once a month. Last Thursday I stared to get e-mails from Walgreen's telling me that the insurance company was not going to pay for the medicine and that all together (3 prescriptions) were going to cost us over $23,000.00 a month! Chump change - huh...
I know better than to fret. I have walked down this road with God before ... and He fixes it every single time. This was no exception. Out of the blue, the pharmacist called me at work to tell me that not only was she personally working on this case... but that she was also trying to reduce our co-pay for the meds all the way down to .... are you ready??
..are you really ready to hear this???
I mean - it is so awesome....
Okay - okay....
for $5.00!!!!! From over $23,000.00 a month ...to $5.00.
Now - I don't know about you... but I think THAT SMELLS LIKE GOD!!!!
