The good news is that I have lost 3 pounds so far. I now weigh 135 with only 5 more pounds to go. It will take me at least two more weeks to get rid of that...
..the bad news is I tend to eat a LOT of salt when I diet - so that I can make myself drink tons of water or diet drinks..and fake myself out into thinking I am full. I think my body is starting to figure it out though as I almost chewed my steering wheel off yesterday driving home!
