My favorite spot in my home is this window seat, especially when it is raining and cold outside. I just love to curl up right here and read.
These are the shelves that face the window seat. Normally they are filled with books...but sometimes I use them to display my Christmas decor.

I have always wanted a window seat. I love the idea of curling up there with a good book or a nice view.

My brother and his family use to do endurance ridding. He won a 50 mile run. They don't have too much time anymore. They have a kennel and they board dogs. They have around 45 boarders. I painted the kennel.You can see it www.slodeakennel.com ....Kathy

Me too... I love reading and just enjoying a beautiful garden book during cold dreary winter days.... it's been snowing here lately most every day, so you know what I'm doing on my free time.... ;)
