I have joined the race and finally started my traditional January diet!I got a slow start, but that was because we had so many left overs from Christmas in the refrigerator and freezer that I thought it was senseless to start with all of that in my face! I gained about 4 pounds over the holidays - but would not mind getting rid of 12!
How are you guys doing with your diets?

I'm doing Weight Watchers because it's not like dieting...so easy. I've lost about 6 pounds. This is my third week so it's not fast but it does work.

During the holidays I have gained more weight then I wanted to. So I am trying to get back to running again.

Mine sucks, if you want to know the truth. I'm really really good for most of the day and then something happens to throw me off course. Help! It's so hard with our active lifestyle.
